At BMWYEDEK.COM, we aim to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Any issues you may experience with the products you purchase or any return requests will be diligently evaluated and resolved quickly.

Return Conditions

You may return products you have purchased within 40 days from the date you received your order. To ensure a smooth return process, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, unmounted, unwashed, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Products with any deformation, scratches, stains, or signs of use will not be accepted for return.

  • Original Packaging and Accessories: The product must be returned with its original box or packaging, including all standard accessories, user manuals, and any other additional parts, complete and undamaged. Returns will not be accepted for products whose original box/packaging is damaged, has shipping labels affixed, or is taped.

  • Invoice/Delivery Note: It is mandatory to send the original invoice or delivery note (with all copies) for the return process.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return Request: To return a product, please first contact our customer service by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +90 534 780 31 14. After your request is reviewed, you will be provided with detailed information about the return process.

  2. Sending the Product:

    • Defective/Faulty Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect shipment, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. For domestic shipments within Turkey, you can use our contracted courier company, Yurtiçi Kargo, free of charge. For international shipments, you must contact our customer service regarding the coverage of shipping costs and the shipping method.

    • Other Returns (Right of Withdrawal): If you wish to return the product for any other reason (right of withdrawal), the shipping cost will be borne by you. Please securely package the product and send it to the return address below via Yurtiçi Kargo for domestic shipments within Turkey, or a trackable courier service for international shipments.

Refunds

Provided that the returned products comply with the return conditions stated above, your refund process will be initiated within 7 business days from the date the product reaches our warehouse.

  • Credit Card/Debit Card Refunds: Refunds will be made to the credit card or debit card used for payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times (usually 3-7 business days).

  • Other Payment Methods (e.g., Wire Transfer/EFT): For other payment methods (e.g., wire transfer/EFT), the refund will be made to the bank account you provide us. This process will also be completed within 7 business days.

International Returns

The return process and conditions for our international customers are similar to domestic returns within Turkey. However, additional steps may be required due to international shipping and customs procedures.

  • Customs and Taxes: Any customs duties or additional fees that may arise from returned products may be the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's customs regulations before making a return.

  • Shipping Tracking: For international returns, it is recommended that your shipment is trackable and insured.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your orders before the product is shipped by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +90 534 780 31 14.

  • Before Product Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, the full amount of your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

  • After Product Shipment: If you request a cancellation after your order has been shipped, the product amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee(s). In this case, you should refuse delivery of the product and instruct the courier to return it.

Delivery Information

  • Domestic Deliveries (Turkey): Products you have purchased will be shipped to your registered delivery address within an average of 2-7 business days.

  • International Deliveries: International deliveries will be completed within an average of 7-21 business days, depending on your country and shipping processes.

  • Delays: In case of any delays in supply or shipping processes, your order status will be updated, and you will be informed.
